Retirement Plan Workshop for Nonprofit Plan Sponsors: May 31st, 2018

MV Financial is hosting a nonprofit plan sponsor seminar breakfast workshop on May 31st. This session is for finance and senior HR professionals. The workshop will cover retirement plan enhancements that many plan sponsors are not aware of which can substantially improve your plan, including retirement outcomes for plan participants. Many academic and nonprofit retirement plans offered by large insurance companies (TIAA, VOYA, AXA, Lincoln Financial Group, etc.) are outdated and don’t meet today’s fiduciary standards or participant needs. We will discuss how to upgrade and enhance your plan.

The session is designed to be interactive, so please bring your current plan issues to the table for discussion.

We will cover the limitations of current plans in terms of: 

  • Fiduciary risk
  • Excessive costs
  • Administrative burdens
  • Investments
  • Plan support/service
  • Plan education/investment advisory constraints

Potential solutions and alternatives will be discussed.
